Over the years, and without solicitation, HILGARTNER Natural Stone Company has received a number of awards recognizing our craftsmen as well as selected projects. We are proud of these honors and believe they speak to the quality of our company, our people and the work that we produce.

2022 Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange Craftmanship Awards

On Thursday October 27th 2022, Tom Doyle Jr. & Jose' Ramirez of HILGARTNER Natural Stone Co., Inc. won a Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange Craftsmanship award for the Franzoni Arch removal & re-installaton and associated stone work in the Baltimore Museum of Art's new Center for Matisse Studies.

2021 Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange Craftmanship Awards

On Thursday October 14th 2021, Tom Doyle Jr. & Jose' Ramirez of HILGARTNER Natural Stone Co., Inc. won a Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange Craftsmanship Award for the Historic Marble & Bluestone work at the Historic Annapolis Post Office remodeling project at 1 Church Circle.

80th Annual Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange Craftsmanship Awards 2018

On November 1, 2018 Marble Journeyman Patrick Chenowith of HILGARTNER Natural Stone Co., Inc. was awarded a Craftsmanship Award for the Antique Mosaic Floor Restoration at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Catonsville, MD.

2015 Smart CEO Magazine Cornerstone Award

HILGARTNER CEO Thomas S. Doyle was awarded the prestigious Cornerstone Award by Smart CEO Magazine in the Baltimore City Small Business category on Wednesday, August 12th 2015.

2013 City of Baltimore Certificate of Recognition

2000 Building Congress and Exchange Craftsmanship Awards

Awarded to HILGARTNER Craftsman Stephen Browne for the interior Carved Marble Features at the sanctuary at St. Ignatius Church in Mount Vernon, Baltimore City.

1998 Baltimore Heritage Historic Preservation Award

Awarded to HILGARTNER for excellence in the Rehabilitation of the St. Vincent de Paul Church in Downtown Baltimore City.

1997 Baltimore Magazine - Best In Baltimore

Awarded to HILGARTNER in Best Granite & Marble of Baltimore category.

1994 State of Maryland Certificate of Appreciation
